If you're up for a challenge I'd suggest Kirbys Adventure or Little Nemo Dream Master?
2 + 3 = 23

I think something like Zombies Ate my Neighbours would have been sweet, But since The Walking Dead and the whole zombie craze right now it would not stand out from anything else.... Maybe in a couple year it will be good.

Also, If you could get a perfect location the first Clock Tower might not be bad, But again it would be similar to "insert random horror movie here".

I guess it depends on how original you want to be.

Beat em up would kinda scare me.... we all saw what happened with Street Fighter and the Tekken movies.

How about Clash at Demonhead?
River City Ransom

This. A million times, this.

I agree with both of these. Clash at Demonhead reminds of DBZ for some reason...

Strictly speaking, the Little Nemo game was based on the movie. The movie released in 1989 in Japan, the game in 1990 everywhere, and then the movie in 1992 in the US.

I think River City Ransom already as a indie movie.

If you can get the makeup, Oddworld Abes Oddysee.

Actraiser

Illbleed

Maken X

Mario Party: The Movie.

[Plot summery: Bowser, the king of the Koopas captures Mario and the gang and imprisons them in a limbo like dimension designed by Bowser. The dimension...is a board game and they must make their way out of the game to stop Bowsers insidious plan to take over the Mushroom Kingdom.]

How about a GOOD Wing Commander Movie.

I would say Ultima, but again the Lord of the Rings thing.

And there was a Zelda fan movie that Nintendo shut down.

Unfortunately Dragon Warrior already had 2 TV series and 4 theatrical movies. Though only in Japan.

Cave Story could do for a good movie. Or how about R-Type? There's also Splatterhouse, Metal Slug, Lost Vikings, La Mulana, Half-Life, Space Quest, Kings Quest, Leisure Suit Larry, and I could just go on all day long.

  • Think off-center.
These are all good ideas and I am seriously looking them all up as you guys throw them at me.

Some excellent suggestions there amathar. If I had a CG team I would definitely add drama to R-Type.
