Hey guys, I've got an unusual request to make. I need someone who has a windows computer to open and edit a .ini file that contains lookup game category data for CoinOps, the homebrew mega-emulator for Xbox. As a proof of concept to fill in gaps, I've manually gave categories to the NeoGeo Pocket and PC Engine CD rom set lookups. No actual roms are here, this is just a look up table that needs updating.
I'm not sure what program can edit a .ini file, so if all else fails, you can always try renaming the file to a .txt, making the edits, saving and then turning it back to a .ini file.
I've tried doing this on my mac to no avail. the program seems to ignore my changes for some reason.

Making sure you only edit in alphabetical order, first delete anything beginning in NEO_ and also PCD_. We'll be replacing these old listing with frwsh ones. If the old aren't deleted, there will be a conflict.
Then, after the handful of existing old NEO_ and PCD_ files are deleted, add the following lines of data in alphabetical order on the list by copy+paste:
