I think that's sorta up to you. Seeing as you're not doing retail, on top of the fact that the great majority of folks here don't really hardcore collect SFC, I'd personally just do it on a per-request basis.

I was thinking a making custom snes cover using the images I used for the SFC covers.
-Added a few covers
