Big corps like EA must not have got the message.  The PS2 titles that came out past 07 and 08 are pretty much just crap games.

* That one doesn't surprise me one bit.  The PS2 was unstoppable.

* Well, to be fair, it wasn't an official release, much like Nightmare Busters for the SNES (when it eventually comes out).

I've wanted a Gizmondo forever!  My quest to collect ALL zee portables in teh worlds means that I must haz one!

RealPlumpBox:

shit Genesis just had a game released in 2010, Dreamcast gets 1 to 2 games a year still

Yea Sony is still milking the PS2 and there's a lot of reasons for it, mostly because it's still a cheap DVD player than can also play games, and they took the backward compatibility out of the PS3 so people that still have a lot of PS2 games need a system that's still functional and supported. Another being it's pretty easy to program for and the games are still cheap to buy.

Ask for the Sega CD, a few homebrews are still made for the system. It's still a pretty capable system with it comes to Genesis games that want to have crystal clear CD sounds/music. Also it's easier to reproduce a CD than a cartridge since it's cheaper, easier because most people own CD burners and CD's hold more data.
