So, I picked up Tingle's Balloon Fight off of eBay.  However, unlike the Game and Watch collection, TBF's package is all in some crazy moon language (see the Wikipedia talk page) instead of the cover that was originally shown (see the Wikipedia article page)...  Anyone bored enough to make a neat-o English cover?

Anyways, on topic, prices on completed auctions on ebay are around mid-$20's to upper $30's.

All[?] of Nintendo's portables are region free.

Correct (unless you count the eReader, which will play in any region system, but will only read cards from its native system).  So yes, TBG will play in your non-Japanese DS.
