I dont think so as far as I know. This is a stupid rare game and the omly images I ever found online were pretty much useless.

We try to do quality work on this site but when there isn't any scans or enough source material online, the best we can do is make a place holder. So, I put this together. Sorry we can't do better. Hopefully, one day, someone will provide a scan.
