Converting Saturn Art

I don't know how to word this...How can I make my Saturn/Sega CD/Xbox/PS2 Front Art to fit in a CD Jewel Case..Do I shrink it down..what's the res on it..

One technique I use is use the PS1 art or Japanese art if you can find it, and the game exists there.
