It's not really a GBA, but a clone with flash memory.  Haven't really had much time to mess with it, but I know it's a pretty neat device based on youtube vids that I've seen.

15 bucks NIB ;D

Technically I got these late October, but w/e :P

NES
Startropics (w/manual) approx $6
I know it's not a great price but I don't live anywhere near a retro game store, flea market or anything like that (and I have no car) :/

PS2 (all these about $2.50, w/out case)
Gran Turismo 4
Shepherd's Crossing
Jak II
Phantasy Star Universe
River King: A Wonderful Journey
Shadow of Destiny
Tokobot Plus
Hot Shots Golf: Fore!

Where'd you get the Link game w/ Zapper at that price?  In any case I'd be interested in the game if you are indeed gonna sell it.

At work. Employee discount ;D

Just so we're 100% clear, I'm only selling the game (disc, cardboard envelope, and manual), not the Zapper. ... And while it's not visible in that picture (since I stacked Doom 2 on top of it), the front of the manual isn't in great condition. The art is torn off where the circular "seal" sticker was.

I haven't taken it by the other place in town that does game trade-ins, so I don't know what they're willing to give me (if anything). I'll get some pics up ASAP of the envelope... or if you don't care about that, go ahead and make an offer.

Finally showed up.

Nice!

Now hurry up and play that b****!  That's the first thing I did when I got my copy, because considering how much I spent on the damn thing there was no way I wasn't going to play it through to the end at least once.  ;D

I played it for about 5 mins and got game over.

I'll for sure be playing through it to the end at least once.  I'd probably have to play through it a few hundred times to get my money's worth out of it  ;D

Glad to have it now though seeing as it just keeps getting more expensive.

Too much!  LOL.

I'll feel better about it when it's more expensive in the future and It will seem like I got a deal.

Definitely have to play it through a few times though.

I mean was it more (or less) what you offered me?
I still haven't located mine.

I picked up Dead Space Extraction for 14.00 bucks.   Case, Manual and Disc in good condition.

And this I got for free at GameStop! They could not ring it up and said they could just give it to me!
New and unopened too.

After shipping and conversion to USD from CAD - (paypal still charged me a bit more than par even though the CAD was actually worth more than the USD on my transaction date) - it came out to about $2 less than what I offered you  ;D.

I'm really glad to have a copy and I will definitely know where it is at all times.  I don't have as large a collection as you do though.

I still remember about 5 years ago I could have bought it for $200 and I thought that was insane.  Then this spring it was going for $450 and now it's up around the $550 - $600 range and I can't see it going down anytime soon.

I always figured I would be able to find a copy in the wild but seeing as it was a Blockbuster exclusive and there are copies of games what actually had a dept. store sized production run that I still haven't come across I decided the chances are super low of finding one so I decided to get a copy now.

If I ever find it in the future I'll trade it for other games I want or sell it for more than what I paid for my copy as I can't see it going down in price.

I figure there are more of people each year who decide to start collecting than decide to stop collecting so demand is increasing quicker than copies being found and sold thus the price will keep rising until everyone who wants a copy of it acquires one.  I'm assuming there are more people out there who want a copy than copies still available.

The game is pricey enough as it is, now try and find the fricking manual.  There was a BiN for cart and manual for $650 at the start of this year.  I booted up MS Money to make sure I had enough to cover it and when I alt-tabbed back and clicked the BiN it was gone (sold as a best offer for $600).  THAT cheesed me off.  I ended up getting it CI a few months later for...well...significantly north of $650 (still under four figures, though...barely ;D ).  Definitely the most I'll ever spend on a game, although both it and the manual are in amazing shape, minus a few small bubbles under the label.  I'd almost have thought it were a repro were it not for the fact that it was sold by a very trustworthy source over at NA.

Us collectors is crazy people!

Not to sound like Moviefan, but there's no way in hell that I would ever pay even close to that for a single cart :-\

Like I said, us collectors is crazy people!  I never thought I would either, TBH.  Thankfully this is my only collection so I won't be dropping a ton on Hagane or CFSC or anything else (even SE).  My expensive NES carts are all taken care of (again, minus SE) so now it's just buying the filler stuff and getting covers made for the ones that don't have any and I'm golden. :)
