Nah I don't need it, was just linking to the source for this mod. Pretty sure this is the same one the other guy was talking about seeing on Sega16.

Gotcha ;)

Being that he already makes those boards, I can't see any reason for me to attempt to do the same ???

That checkout seems to still work. Why not just buy a kit from him?  Or is it just that you need it installed?

Same thing here, they must have just gone back in stock.  I was supposed to get an email when they did and never got one...  thanks for the link though.

These are awesome! I'd love to grab a Neo Geo Pocket Color with the Backlighting, I don't currently own the console but if I could get one with the backlight already, I'd be sold. Is that something you can do Wiggy?

Thanks!

I can only front light the NGP color, but I can backlight the B&W NGP systems.

Some light is better than none on those consoles. And they looked so good for their time.

I will look into it on my next paycheck. PM me the cost and I will see how to budget it. A guy on Craigslist has a 3DO for $40 and I am grabbing that this weekend  ;D

Man, I second that notion of staying the HELL AWAY from Rustoleum paint! Many a times I have wasted hours painting my models @ design school with that garbage!

Regarding the custom GBA micro faceplates, I'm definitely down for regular colors like blue.

I'll once again throw these out there to see if others are also interested:

I'd really be interested in that DMG faceplate, especially if I can rope you in to painting/replacing the buttons. ;)

Granted, I don't currently have a micro, but I think you can give me plenty of reason to pick one up.  8)

Right?!  I had to completely rebuild a model at school once because of that crap  >:(

I can definitely do those both.  In fact, I've already been making casting molds for GBA buttons so I can ofter even more custom options.  Doing the same for the micro would be a snap ;)

Man, you do stellar work my friend.  Really wish I could afford to get me one of them GamBoy Advance with the backlight installed.  Ditto on the Micro faceplate.  Have always loved the design of the GameBoy Mirco.

Consider me a huge fan of your work Wiggy

I'd definitely pick up the DMG-01 faceplate!
