Just as an FY, the Micro and charger can easily fit in a single UGC. Buuuuut, that's definitely not how I store them ;)
Would you want a retail-like cover or something custom?

I also need one for Gameboy Color (The Blue/Yellow Pokemon edition) which I would LOVE to have it resemble the OG Pokedex. I think GBC needs a double UGC. I'm not quite ready with my NGPC yet. But these two are a-needed.

The color needs a double, for sure. I've got a few cased up already.
I can definitely do those cases for ya.
Just to be sure, you want:
* Gameboy Micro 20th anniv US version minimalist case (double?)
* Gameboy Color (two-tone Pokémon version) double UGC styled to look like the Pokedex
Let me find a good image of that Pokedex and see what I need to build (graphics-wise) to make that happen for ya. Just confirm that what I have listed is correct (or not) and I'll send you a quote :)

The Micro doesn't really need a Double. So a single will work for it.
