Very impressive mod with the buttons and D-pad, Wiggy. You never answered my earlier question, though; will you be doing your own NES style shell replicas for the GBA SP?

Prolly not. I don't want to put too much strain on the batteries. There are just two SMD LEDs in there now, and they do put off pretty decent light. I think I might cast some clear side "bumpers" and impregnate them with LEDs what I do the casting. I think that'll really give the most bang for lighting buck plus they'll actually be a lot easier for me to seal with as far as wiring goes.

They are both awesome! Exactly how i was imagining. I especially like the NES themed one.
