DSI XL CHARGING PROBLEMS

HI i have recently got a deal on a not charging dsi xl but i can find any info on which fuses to replace or bridge..
I have try a fully charge battery and it works great but once it runs out it doesn't charge it blinks ones and that's all.
I have read online something about the f1 or f2 fuses shorting out but i dont know where they are ... are they label f1/f2 any help would be great...I already change the charging port because it was broken also but that did nothing... thanks for any info

you can just about make out the fuse lables, so you might have to look a little closer to find them on the dsi xl as that is clearly a ds lite, but they should be labelled...
