I would actually rather have the entire case be white to match the japanese version as much as possible, so it wouldn't have the red stripes like a normal vertical case does.

So something like these but N64 with screenshots and text on the back from the mock up but with white background (or with some simplistic faint grayscale image):

Or just the red and green partas replaced with the SNES style N64 parts (leaving the back as is  (red part replaced of course))?

As long as the original image I posted covers the entire front cover, then I would be fine with that.

Like I said, I'm trying to match the japanese case almost one for one here. I just want the japanese made to be english. I feel like if we used any bars at the top or bottom of the cover, we would be stretching out the image.

Kind of like how this case looks. See how the cover doesn't have any bars?

OK, I got it.

But for that we would need higher DPI image otherwise it will look pixelated.

I can try to make one with the image provided but it will probably look bad.

I might have to ask mel? Mel's Cases have white spines and backs like the japanese box for mischief makers.

Feel free to do so, my "covers" were just quick mock ups to test will the front be high enough quality when streched.

To make the front good we would need 450-600DPI image in size size of JAP box.
I mean no 600DPI stamp sized image .

If you are satisfied with the quality of the front, rest of the cover can be easily be made perfect as it's anyway going to be custom made.

Yeah the best 2 options are making request topic or buy from ebay (there is complete copy @ 40 Euros incliuding shipping).

I can make you a good custom with this scan but not until Monday. I don't need it to be 600 dpi. I have a good method of upscaling. The size is good.
