I found a good scan for the Mega Drive version of Gain Ground. It has completely different artwork from the Domestic release. I can make you a Genesis cover from that.

How does the Revenge of Shinobi on this site differ from the cover you want? It looks like the first print to me.

I'm not the right person to do your horizontal SNES covers. I can give you the raw cover image for Operation Europe (Which was from the SEGA GENESIS box) if you'd like.   and maybe someone else could try to make it for you.  A friend of mine has Gain Ground for Genesis. So I'm going to try and get it from him this weekend and scan it.

Nice Mazin Saga cover! Great game. Noticed a minor flaw tho. Looks like the back of the cover wasnt completely pulled over to the red, you can see a purple line where the back is sapose to meet the template.

This is the cover I did for Genesis from a Genesis Scan. If someone wants to make a horizontal SNES case for you, you can take the image off this cover.
