Those scans aren't strong enough to work with. I can take the USA covers, convert the spine, logos, rating, and word "Genesis" to "Mega Drive". Will that work for you?

you can find the original covers on the site,they never had a us release,so you can realize the u.s. artworks and labels,that would be awesome!
