Besides video game related stuff, what else do you do?

I play guitar, and also collect transformers. I'll post some pics of my collection soon...

I watch a lot of anime, I do some (digital) art, some coding (been a while on that, though), and for a little bit I was teaching myself Japanese (didn't get very far; too ADD).

Basically, nerd stuff.

I draw and animate and work on a few series. I go under the name Motament.

My main project is JDex, I'm going to have it a comic until i have the time and resources to make it a cartoon. Still working on episode 1, started the comic but I'm redoing it, I was not happy with what was done. You can see it on the FACEBOOK PAGE

It's a fantasy adventure series, I have been  working on it for 4-5 years and have a big story planned out.
not too sure how else to describe it with out giving away plot points. I created my own world, and I'm trying to avoid troupes, but I am going to parody some, and parody some things in games and other things, but its not the main draw of the series. I do not want it to be a reference orgy like Scott Pilgrim and many other series going on right now.

I am also working with the Bash-Up band Beatallica, Beatles, Metallica style, on some cartoons, currently working on a parody of the '60s Beatles animated series. I have some episode pilots written out, and a short, unfinished animation test. I'm going to update the site's flash into soon.

I'm also going to do some Game/ Movie reviews soon, mostly a non-nostalgia look on old games and whatever game I have that I want to review, I have a list of planned games. Got a few movies too.

And to comment on Ranma 1/2, I first saw Inuyasha, loved it while watching it, looking back I think its kinda crap. Ranma 1/2 is basically the same show, but as a comedy, and does it way better, and I like it, but is very repetitive and goes nowhere.
(Ranma - Inuyasha)
(Akane - Kagome)
(Ryoga - Koga)

I haven't taken the Inuyasha dive yet, but I've watched all of Ranma, all of Maison Ikkoku, and most of Urusei Yatsura (which I'm slowly working my way through). And... yeah. Rumiko Takahashi tends to reuse character types.

If you do ever watch Inu, I'll tell you ahead of time, the series does not have a proper ending, the books do, but not the show. It just cuts off after an episode.
A lot of the characters are annoying too. I feel sorry for Inuyahsa and him having to put up with the stupid and winy Kagome, the annoying little shit, Shippo, and the other two characters bickering.

I play guitar in a symphonic metal band and restore/modify cars. I have expensive hobbies... Here's a shameless plug of me and an arrangement of a popular song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OslPaS_zDfU

I thought they put out a movie more recently that gave Inuyasha a proper ending? *shrug*

My plan for the time being is to finish watching Urusei Yatsura, the Mermaid Forest stuff, and the Rumiko Takahashi one-shot OVA things (like One-Pound Gospel) before going near Inuyasha. And maybe by the time I do all that, Rin-ne will have had an anime adaptation :D

Not true. final act the last season came out last year Viz  has the rights and is releaseing it here soon . the reason the series ended abruptly was it caught up to the manga and Rumiko refused to let the studio make " filler " episodes while she wrote more manga  ( unlike naruto/bleach which are/were  plauged by filler arcs all the time )
