Ok so the old beat em up Cadillacs and Dinosaurs was only released on cabinets back in the day. It was prolly one of my favorites but I now have no way to play it except for emulation.

Is there anyway possible I could get this for a system? If so, how much would I be looking to spend?
What are you looking at? You think baby's don't like video games? THEN YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT BABIES!!

If you soft mod your wii for the homebrew channel, it works with the MAME emulator there. That's where I played it. It's a cool game. :) That might not have been what you meant though.

Sega CD is a different game - rail shooter, the original is a beat 'em up.  A really good beat 'em up.

No port of this out there, not even for the FM Towns Marty :(

But, you can easily soft mod an old Xbox and you can run emulated games from a disc. No reason that you couldn't make a copy of the game and case it :)

This puzzles me, why people here suggest these when doing it with (mini) PC will give way more leeway?

Because he asked specifically if he could play it on a system.

Lol, ya. I'm more of a system guy. I get tired of playing on a computer. I may have to do the soft mod on an old Xbox like Wiggy said that way I can case it and make a lot of custom imaging for it.

I can't stand playing games on my PC. Maybe if I had one in my man cave hooked up to the TV so I could sit on the couch, but even then, it's just not really my thing. As much as emulation is "cheating", doing so on a PC just sucks any sort of joy out of the experience for me. Dunno, maybe that's just me.

I know that you know that I like actual carts...

What I was thinking was PC inside arcade cabinet for arcade games, for and emulating arcade games PC would be better.

And I have PC hooked to 47" full HD television (another to 32")

well....

Capcom made a home system called the CPS Changer, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CPS_Changer, this allowed you to play special versions of Capcom arcade games, but you could also play JAMMA boards on it, so you could get one and the Cadillacs and Dinosaurs board...

That would be pretty cool, I just cannot find a board for it... I cant even find the old arcade machine. It looks like I'm going to have to do the soft mod.

That would be pretty cool, but I'd probably STILL just use an old Xbox LOL!
