It's been "zee" in the United States since... Before the United States. (Library of Congress has a spelling book from 1677 showing this pronunciation).
Basically everywhere else in the English-speaking world: Zed.

Which, in Japan, is "Doragonbouru Zetto", so clearly we should all be calling the letter "zetto"! ;D
