I remembered that I have English Bahamut Lagoon manual.
Do you want scans of it too?
I think it's shorter than the JAP and quality isn't perfect but should help.

I'll have to go to city now but I'll be back in 45 minutes or so, and i can start scanning then.

I don't know but possibly yes.
I ordered it from Ebay, it was 5 bucks if I remember correctly.

That's an interesting manual, Im guessing it was from a english cib reproduction? If you still wouldnt mind scanning the jap manual, that would be awesome. The english one seems like it might of made from scratch without the jap manual. Hope im not beeing a pest.
