Gonna head to the hobby store after I sell the orange set (a bit low on liquid funds to acquire additional systems or supplies at the present moment). I'm actually a bit embarassed to say it, but I've never played Metroid. Gonna make a point to do so soon (via emulator for now) and if I can find some good quality decals at a decent price, I'd definitely do a metroid themed set as well. I really had fun doing these so I'm most certainly planning on doing more when I can. The area I live in is kind of lackluster for NES systems. Plenty of games and lots of N64 and original X-Box stuff, but the NES systems are either non-existent or way overpriced (it's not uncommon to see people asking over $100 for an NES in rough shape with only one controller and a couple very common games). Getting some rough lots in need of refurbishing on eBay is probably the way I'd have to go unless I get luck at a garage sale. ------------- Just a quick note; While I can not really afford to do so with the console bundle, I would be willing to trade on the individual controllers and advantage joystick if anyone's interested. |
