Hmmm ok... I would assume getting them from someplace other than ebay? I'm just asking because it seems that even the Duck Hunt/Mario combo goes for more than $5 w/ shipping... and from what I can tell, that's the most common one... (and I don't quite know where a good place to look for nes games would be...)

Yeah. Try to buy from classic game stores in your area. Mario/Duck Hunt is under $5 at all of mine. Thrift stores and Goodwill are also places to look. Don't forget garage sales and craigslist! You gotta hunt for the good deals!

Ok, I'll take a look around. I might have to take a look around Seattle when I have a free day... (well, and money lol)
Unfortunately it's difficult to go around without a car bleh DX (oh well, that's what the bus is for...)

If your in the Seattle area there is a youtube guy that has gotten pretty popular around there and takes other youtubers on video game store tours when they come in town. He made a video outlining some of the best places to shop for games around the Seattle area as well.

Apparently mention the video at some of these stores and get discounts too

here is linky

Small world!  I actually live in Woodinville but work in Redmond.  When people ask where I'm from I just say 'Seattle' because not many people who don't live here have even heard of Woodinville (my dad used to have a shirt that actually said, 'Where in the hell is Woodinville?' ;D ).

Haha, I know what you mean XD Most of the places I've ever lived in were very small as well. (although maybe not that small lol)
Redmond is probably the largest place I've lived in so far to be honest XD

As others had said, the Mario games, the Zelda games, Metroid, Megaman, Excitebike are the games that made the system.

Some others include the Adventure Island series which are great side scrollers, both the Tetris games (licensed and unlicensed) are great puzzle games. Bubble Bobble is real fun, any light gun game like Duck Hunt, if you have a CRT is always fun to play as well.
