So, I picked up a Retrode with the sole purpose of backing up save files for my SNES games and allowing me to keep them when I swap batteries for myself or others. Like the USB readers for the PS memory cards and web connectivity of the Dreamcast enabled years ago, we can now exchange save files if we'd like.  I'm sure other sites are already offering this, since it's not like I'm the first person with half a brain to pick one of these up. But we aren't here as far as I know.

Anyway, you guys (& gals?) with a Retrode feel like sharing some of your prized save files for others to mess around with?

I'm gonna compile what I have (even though my best saves were lost this year, including all level 99 characters in FF2 and FF3 and my 1.2 million SimCity :( ).

So feel free to share!  The files are beyond tiny.  Is there any way that the site could be configured to allow us to up them to make life easier?  It's not like they're gonna suck down a bunch of bandwidth ;)

completely missed this thread, ha!  My friend won this at the CCAGshow last year and sold it to me for $35 =D.  I didn't really play much games with "saving" though, as Battletoads/Double Dragon would have been way too easy then!  But I do like the idea.

Also, if he ever "updates the firmware" for the N64 plugin to allow 4 controllers, would you mind being my soldering buddy?   :D
