The central office of that store chain wants that video removed as they think it makes them look racist.
And it would not surprice if the clerk get fined for using too much force, and the dude walking free as police can only give fine for shoplifterss, and if the dude does not pay and has no income (above the minimum that can't be distrained) he walks free as police fines can not be turned in to jail time anymore, and probably gets compensation.
Wow, she was very gentle. She dragged his butt back into the store without striking him. It's pretty similar here in that it's typically not ok for a white person to address an African American person committing a crime without risk of being labeled a racist. I hope one day we can all be treated equally and that race will not be such an issue for most of society, but it's unlikely to happen in my lifetime.
