IMHO his consoles are too far apart, the shelves themselves are too high and his TV's are too far apart and too low down

Actually, I'm in agreement.  I don't want my setup to look like his.  I just appreciate anyone who takes that much time to get it the way they want.  I plan to have my consoles in a custom enclosure which will be below my TV with three shelves.  One shelf for Nintendo systems.  One shelf for Sega systems and one shelf for Sony and Atari systems.  That would only leave my 360, Neo Geo X and Odyssey that need homes, probably on the top of the enclosure.  It will be pretty large, but I think I can make it work.

My idea is more or less like yours, it will be made in drywall like a false wall to leave behind all cables, switch box etc, but with a space that i can enter to fix anything, tv in the middle and shelves made of drywall with a top made of glass. sistem would be in the same way you are setting yours. games will be probaably in another room with a door that comunicate with the gaming room

well that's my problem, i will do this when i have my own place, right now i live in a rented apartment, my wife and i (both Architects) are in the process of designing our house. here in my country the houses don't use to make basements, but problably i will do it to make the gaming room there. i will post later something i did in my apartment with drywall for a tv, but not for gaming :P
