I've been meaning to pick up a Professor Layton game or two.  I feel like that's a series that's sorta slipped under the radar.

Same here. I didn't get into it until the second game was out. At first I thought it was casual crap... how wrong I was.

No idea LOL!  He thought I could get some use out of it, and hopefully I will. For the time being its sitting next to my pile o' wireless SNES controller and Genesis 3 custom shell.

Same here!  Well, glad to hear that my suspicions are correct and that it is a good series :)

Great Garage sale find.  I asked the woman having the sale if she had any Old nintendo stuff.  She didn't, but her neighbor heard me and pulled this out of her closet. $10

Picked up these games on Sunday from a garage sale for $5 a piece, so $20 total. Since I already have beat Kirby Super Star, New Mario Bros, would rather play Mario 64 on my N64, and have no desire to play Mario Kart on a hand held. I decided to take them to Future Shop in my town and got $48 trade in for them, so I will pick up something that interests me more.

Edit: Probably just gonna save the gift card an use it on a Wii U. Unless a 3ds game I really want comes out, still debating on Professor Layton.

Saw an original PlayStation for $5.99 at the same thrift store I got my GB carts last month for $2.99. PS1 is untested, has a bunch of stupid stickers all over the lid, a little yellowing, no returns are accepted, and only accessory included is a power cable. Should I buy?

Nah, unless you really want a PS1 and do not want to buy online. The PS1 uses PS2 power cables and controllers, so you can go to Gamestop for that. You can get one with chords and a controller on amazon for $15.

Got these today:

I actually got 8 of the memory cards w/ case brand new but just put one in the pic. And, Muramasa was sold to me as used but it is factory sealed so I need to decide whether to open it to play or leave it sealed and try to find another used copy. Not sure if you can tell from the pic but the GBA game is Klonoa.
