Yeah, I think the majority of us are fairly reasonable people. We understand that he didn't mean for such a thing to happen, and of course we are happy for his success. It is, however, disappointing, and part of my disappointment stems from the fact that his prices are so fair -- he isn't trying to screw over his customers in that regard. It's unfortunate that this all happened, but I'm willing to try to find an alternate solution and will certainly revisit his store again in the future.

I'm still waiting to learn the status of my order.

I got an email from here the other day, luckily only 2 of my like 9 game order had to be cancelled which I opted to just select another game that was same price instead of refund. Crap happens, and honestly since his prices are fair and a nice guy I personally don't mind the little mishap. My understanding is he just started doing this a few months back (at least retail) so there is still a bit of a learning curve there.

Don't mind Arseen, he's Australian mate!  Was an honest mistake and he has given a lot of credit for what has happened.  Arseen is well, he's what you might say "As popular as a turd in a lunch box." Awaiting his MIGHTY HAMMA   8)

In all seriousness though, scans that we don't have would more than compensate any inconveniences created IMO!  So before you sell anything that is not on here, please scan it!
