I've seriously contemplated buying a dead G4 and gutting it only to put PC guts inside (which is somewhat amusingly absurd considering that's already what's in there).
They sure are pretty, but I refuse to pay $X,XXX for a PC that I can build for $XXX. I get why people buy them. Just not for me

I also have significant health issues and was also picked on quite a bit as a child. I know the feeling. The best part about the web is that you're only know for what you type, not for what you look like or sound like. It can be a great place for the physically disabled for that very reason. I hope you can enjoy your time here. As stated before by others, these are a good bunch and we're a tight crowd. WE joke with each other a lot, and will do so with you once you've established a rapport with some of us.
