:o :o :o  holy shit!  Is that for real!  I have seen crazy price gouging at cons and what not but that takes the cake.  I would call them out on this just to hear there response as to why.

are you in asutralia? cause i know that prices in asutralia are crazy.

in my country for a n64 cartridge you have to pay like 20 dollars but if the game is zelda or mario they think the cartridge is rare or expensive..

  • It's dangerous to go alone...
Wow, looks like I need to buy locally and then sell in your town! I could make millions.... :D

In fact, I could undercut those prices by half and still make a fortune...

I'm looking for vol. 2, 4, and 5 of the Orchestral Game Music Concert CDs. I'll pay well if it's authentic and doesn't skip. :)

Sure those aren't Mexican prices? $249.99 is like $19.37 USD... And THAT is a reasonable price for a used N64. That and the Peso uses the $ sign

EDIT: and if you convert those prices form Pesos to Dollars in like, xe.com... you get right about what FMV is for those games.

Also, that N64 gamepad is NOT the one that goes to that console. The one that goes to it has a Pokemon logo tampo stamped on the front and is a lighter blue.

My first piece of advice to you would be to NOT BUY ANYTHING from that store. Mark-ups like that boggle the mind, to the point where one has to wonder how they stay in business. They must be the only store for miles.

Second, I assume this place accepts trade-ins? I'm curious as to how much they would pay someone for their copy of something like Conker's BFD. Either they'll straight-up insult you, or they will give you a very fair price (hence having to inflate theirs).

The give half what they sell for trade and half of that in cash so for a $200 games you would get $50 cash or $100 in trade. They sell old backwords compatable ps3's for $499.99. Its absoutly retarted. There is only three different retro game store in edmonton
Nexwave which has 3 locations there prices are not bad a little cheaper then ebay usually
Game city which is where the pictures were taken and
Just for fun video game which has higher prices then game city last time i went to look there they had 9 copys of mario rpg and he wanted $200 a piece cart only i laughed at him and walked out.

Man, I'd love some of the rarer N64 games that I'm looking for. If I sent you a bunch of stuff, would you trade it in and pick some of that stuff up for me?  I can get copies of turok 1 & 2 for $1 all day long, not to mention a lot of other games for $2.50 or less.  We could clean that place out of their good titles with a huge mess of super, super common stuff ;D

See what they'd give for a sealed Conker.
