Value of your collection.
Mick Dundee:
Is there any site or app or something that I could go through and add my games to that would show me the rough estimate value of what I have? (My father in-law was asking what my collection is worth)

Honestly this would take forever, depending on how many games you have also the way prices fluctuate so much. When I try and value mine I just make a rough estimate per game per system and round lol

Collectorz.com allows you to add a value for each game, but as stated, as the values fluctuate wildly this wouldn't really do it. It would need to be linked to a database of average sale prices to be any use. But would also be dependant on condition of box, cart, manual, etc, etc. would have to be a very clever bit of software linked to a huge online database, and not sure where the database would get its pricing feeds. Or how often.

I use a couple of apps for my iPhone by Pure Gaming. They have several apps for various retro systems. The pricing isn't always 100%, but you can add your own custom prices to games. You can even share and view pricing information with other users. Unfortunately it currently only runs on IOS devices, but if you got one it's defiantly worth checking out.

Now all this said, if someone was to be a leet programmer, I bet something like this would sell. Essentially VGA price charting/collectorz rolled into one
