C'mon now scaredtowake no need for the mocking,
I knew about Shining force III translation patches, Just wondered if there were any others patched =P
Thanks for the lists' guys. I pretty much got the Saturn for Panzer Dragoon, so any of those recommendations are welcome.

not mocking you, it's just i take pleasure in the sad, black humor that one can derive from the lack of a fan translation community for the saturn. there MIGHT be a couple of UNDUB patches for a couple games, i seem to recall seeing at least one on underground gamer, but i could be wrong.
glad the lists helped you out. have fun with the system, it doesn't disappoint. 8)

Well got my chip yesterday, Just installed it this morning. Took less than 5 minutes.
So far so good. It played my OEM game no problem, so I didn't screw anything up too bad.
As soon as the store opens I'll got get some CD-R's ;)

Glad to hear that you went with consolegoods! I hadn't been on that site in years, but I've always had a good experience dealing with Rob. I've gotten two Saturn modchips from there before, as well as the Dreamcast chip you mentioned. All of them worked great for me, and still function perfectly to this day. I think I've been using both modded systems for a good five years now!
I'm in total agreement with Wiggy - Panzer Dragoon Saga is the cream of the crop of Saturn RPG's, and in my opinion, the first one you should play. It's fairly short by RPG standards (about 20 hours) but it never drags, and is just a pleasure to watch and listen to. I sincerely hope you enjoy it when you get around to it!
SnesGuy:
I just got magic knight to test the chip, but panzer is on its way next :P
SnesGuy:
Yup, worked flawlessly. So all in all, 5 minutes to install chip, 10 to burn the back up. Was just testing it out with Magic Knight. =D
All the horror stories I read had me paranoid.
I would at some point like to add a fuse to the mod chips power cable just to be safe, but I'm sure its completely unnecessary.
