I thought I'd make this little thread about the 18; soon to be 19, when the Hitman HD Collection is released in the states, PS3 HD Collections

not really interested in any of them...I used to have a backwards compatible PS3...but I still have my PS2 and its connected to a nifty little upscaler which works quite well.

The only one I would be interested in would be the MGS one if it had the Substance and Subsistence extras (like MGS skateboarding, the extra training missions with the extra modes, and the Snake Tales stuff from MGS2...and the stuff from Subsistence like Metal Gear 1 and 2 (MSX versions), the Snake vs Monkey missions, extra camos for MGS3).

I would be interested in a Fatal Frame set that includes all four games...with option wii style controls with the Playstation move. (The Fatal frame games were released on the Wii with Wii mote controls to build up hype for Fatal Frame 4).


Why would someone want the Tekken Hybrid set with blood vengence? That movie blew chunks.

I wouldn't really consider infamous part of the "HD Collection" since the games are exactly as their original release.  God of War Saga is also kinda pushing it since again it's just a rerelease of the previous hd collections.

Id categorize those 2 along with the Uncharted collection and the Resistance collection.

I have purchased the Metal Gear Solid HD collection and Ico & SotC collection. I plan on purchasing the ZOE HD collection as well and maybe the Killzone HD collection. I hope the Killzone collection is all three games physically in the package and not 2&3 and a voucher for 1 on PSN like the God of War Collection. Sony made a big mistake with that one in my opinion. I cancelled my preorder for that collection.

I am hoping Sega continues with the HD updates of their older games but making them available in a physical compilation like the Dreamcast collection. I really want an HD update for Shenmue 1 & 2.

I hope the Killzone collection is all three games physically in the package and not 2&3 and a voucher for 1 on PSN like the God of War Collection. Sony made a big mistake with that one in my opinion. I cancelled my preorder for that collection.

I tell you with complete honesty from what I was told by a GameStop employee earlier today over the phone, that all 3 Killzone games are on 1 disc. So no need to worry about what happened with the God of War Saga, and I agree that what they did with that collection was ridiculous!

I have a PSP that plays on the TV...through component jacks...so no issue here. But I bet the controls are better on the console...duel analog sticks would really make the game a little better.

That's if they rework the controls God of War: Origins retain the original controls and not all the buttons are used.

Yeah, I have the PSP 1001, so no TV out for me.

Also, yeah, a Dualshock is infinitely better than the PSP's clunky buttons, dual analog or no.

Japan only so far, but you can add Sengoku Basara HD Collection and Kingdom Hearts 1.5 ReMiX to that list.

I wish there would be a better clarification as to when the Hitman HD Collection is gonna be released for PS3. I guess I'll have to do with this for now. It's the Hitman Trilogy Collection for PS2. and my grandma got it for me off of eBay for my 19th birthday. Pretty sweet, huh? Sorry about the bluriness, but my camera sucks.

Ugh, another reminder I have too many games. I literally have all of these (except the unreleased ones of course) as well as their counterparts for their original systems. I didnt want infamous and the 3rd god of war collection but wifey got they free from sony, so meh
