Xbox 360 - Call of Duty 3 Bonus Disc - NTSC

I bought Call of Duty 3 Gold used, and maybe it comes in some duel-disc case orignally, but instead I was given each disc in two cases, the one for the bonus disc not having any cover at all. I hope someone can find or make a cover for it. Thanks!

yeah, it originally game in just one case, just like call of duty 2 did.
