Theoretical rebrand for Xbox/360

I was web surfing the other day and stumbled on the newest Microsoft logo. I had been thinking of minimalism with the classic Xbox logo before, and was inspired as well by autobot's SNES covers and their monochromatic spines. With these two things in mind, I decided to whip up a custom Xbox branding, so here's a quick preview of what I've done. The covers are stock with the modified branding just as a proof-of-concept.

Platinum Hits game banner - revised to get rid of metal border.


Special/Limited edition covers, could go in green or black casing. Artwork and dev logos only.

Here's what I have so far; if anyone wants covers done this way then feel free to give me a title to work on. Looking forward to comments!

It's a lovely template. Can you make one for Xbox 360 in the same format? Just add 360 to the Xbox portion, and PROFIT!

Thanks for the comments! I was worried that it would be too minimalistic but I guess I got it right. I wasn't actually thinking of releasing the template just yet but I'd be more than happy to do custom/retail covers with this layout if anyone wants them; I'll just throw the retail covers I already have done on Box.

Ok, KOTOR looks just badass...
I would like the template also, plus I'd like to see your KOTOR II if you get to it soon.

I also really like the Fable TLC, But I would like to see the spine text to match the front. I would also like to see the fable logo on the cover too, that would be neato.

What do you mean? The spine text already matches the front and the official Fable logo is the one pictured on the cover.

Ok, just an idea. Why not add a marking on the front that states its compatible with Xbox 360.

Sure thing. I'm just using covers we already have on TCP for the retail. And for the other questions, I *will* be working on this template some more, including a possibly revamped Xbox 360 template and a reworking of the LIVE bar to include other features like 360 compatible and so forth.

Quick update:

Xbox 360 concept. The concept used with the Kinect bar sharing space with the Online bar is also used for the original Xbox template for 360 Compatibility features.
