| What Do/Don't you collect and why? |

Collect: N64, Gamecube, Wii, PS1, PS2, PS3, Xbox, Xbox 360 Want to collect: SNES Don't collect: Older consoles...the desire just isn't there, nor is the hassle of storage and such. Also not a huge handheld fan, so I don't collect any handheld systems. I still have my old GameBoy and GameBoy color though, with a few original GB games. Non-Video Game stuff: I recently got a "Vintage" line Sorry! game from Hasbro. It's a cool package, comes in a wooden box and the whole game has a unique "aged" look to it. It also has a book style spine and is nicely stored on a shelf. I am hoping to get a few more from the collection to have together, most specifically Stratego. (http://www.amazon.com/B000AFDIDG-Library-Stratego-Game-Set/dp/B000AFDIDG) Unfortunately, a lot of them have been discontinued and were only sold in Target, so they aren't easy to find these days. I am "obsessed" (according to my fiancee) with Magic: The Gathering. I probably should sell a bunch of cards to be honest lol. I love playing it though. It's immensely fun, strategic, and is different every time. I also have a small collection of Dr. Pepper cans. I love the soda and a couple years ago I started collecting unopened cans, I snag one of each kind I find that is unique, but not the Diet kinds. (For example: Avengers, Indiana Jones, Throwback, Football, etc.) |

i collect all nintendo stuff. however i do not own a gamecube, only play my GC games on the wii. only collect DS and 3DS on the handheld part. sega genesis, ps1 and ps3. on games, i only collect what i like, else, my collection would be endless, and i think this is a good way to narrow it. however, i think this is how collectors start, so who know s maybe i'll start to collect stuff i dont like anyway. |

Magic cards have been off and on for me, Used to be a hardcore player/collector years back but slacked off and sold most my stuff. Now I am slowly getting it back |

I collect pretty much anything cartridge based. Preferably NES or newer. (for reasons mentioned previously) If I saw a Atari, Intellivision, etc. for cheap I would probably pick it up though. I really dislike disc based consoles. That being said, my collection has branched into trying to own every Sega home console. So I own a Dreamcast and recently traded for a Saturn. (I'm only missing Master System and Sega CD) |

Things I Collect The Most: NES SNES & N64 Games, Boxes and Manuals Nintendo everything, post NES Odd items and games. PS2 Things I Collect: Genesis Xbox 360 Gameboy Things I have a collection of, but do not care much about: Atari 2600 3DO Sega Genesis boxes and manuals, Sega manuals suck compared to SNES. PSP Xbox Things I want to collect more of, but have a small amount of: PS1 Things I want to collect: Dreamcast Things I used to collect: Figures, mostly Mario and Sonic. Still want to complete my Beatles Yellow Sub set. Vinyl, I have a lot, most from some person I met in a vinyl shop who gave me 5 crates of very good albums for free. Others from my mom. |
