Unreleased Games/Preorders - Resellers- Thoughts?

Personally, I can deal with inflated prices on games that are already released but when people buy up preorders ,literally some things have been selling out in minutes, and then see them on ebay for 3x what they are worth it reallly annoys me.

Now, before anyone suggests I didn't get my preorder is why I am mad, this isn't the case, it just aggrivates the hell out of me that this happens. I feel ebay should ban selling items that are not even released yet, there has to be some way they can do so. Thoughts?

For example, look at this guy's items he is selling

Sorta off topic, but I got all amped when I saw that SF 25th box until I saw what's actually included.  That thing is effin' weaksauce.  A bunch of crap that's mostly already available.  I want a box with EVERY SF game, not just the latest crap (*cough* SF/Tekken *cough*).

Boo!

You know...it doesn't aggrevate me as much as it makes me wonder who'd be dumb enough to buy pre-orders from him when they're still able to pre order at a store :\

While I do blame him for taking advantage of the less educated when it comes to video games (ie mom or dad..etc etc) it really is their own fault for being lazy and not check local stores.

With that said...I'm surprised that one of the black ops 2 elite care package was sold already for $80 bucks more then what it's worth...

TBH, there has been a few cases of a preorder going live and it selling out in 24 hours, now given people need to be on the ball but I would at LEAST say a 72 hour window should suffice.

For example, my wife manages a gamestop, they randomly are able to start taking preorders on certain games. Heck, amazon etc had the care package for preorder before she even knew about it at her store. Crazy thing is, people came in that next day and were unable to take ANY preoders on them, her store literally has 0 care package preorders and is unable to even get any.

By lunch they had 12 of them on ebay.

I understand supply and demand and it makes business sense, but moral integrity it lacks.
