Quake - Back Cover RAW - PC/DOS

Would anyone happen to have the first Quake game for MS-DOS / Windows with either of these CD cover backs or any back for that matter? Just need a RAW scan of it at 600dpi.

I have it for PC but it's not a jewel case version if that's what you're looking for. I can get scans for you anyway if you want 'em. Won't be for a couple days though, I'm away from the game atm.

I actually do have that version, I'd just like the jewel case version since it has a better backing
