Does anyone have RAWS or finished cover for the above? Preferably PAL vertical, But i'd take any region.

Not PAL, but there is a Japanese box scan on npes.free.fr
Although lately I can't seem to download anything from them. The server keeps disconnecting, but maybe that's just my problem.

You wouldn't have this so that the image and title are two separate files.
Would make making US style JAP combo cover easier.
