I think yes, though I can't remember for sure. But there's nothing to translate in that game. It's Tetris! There's no "story mode" so to say.

Just checked Youtube review and indeed it's 100% English.
This led me to buy (All CIB Japanese):
- Super Bombliss

Where (other then eBay) did you guys get your SFC games? Sometimes eBay prices can be crazy.
