I finally tracked down a working copy of this, and it came with the steel case, but the other items weren't inside. If anyone has them and is willing to sell, you can either PM me here, or email me.

Superchop:

I don't have the game (I regret not purchasing it when it was first released) so I can't really help, but what exactly do you mean by "working copy"?

I bought a copy at a local Gamestop yesterday, but the Wii wouldn't read it. I took it to a different location that had another one, and they said the first had been damaged by a disc refurbishment machine.

Superchop:

Ah ok, I know that older Wii's have problems reading dual layered discs (which Metroid Prime Trilogy is) and thought it was related.  Sucks though that the game probably won't sell and the case will most likely go in the garbage :(

But good luck on the hunt :)  I loved the first 2 prime games and have yet to play the 3rd.

My first copy was just the disc alone, but when I got it replaced, they included the steel case without any extra charge. Now I'm just looking for everything else (minus the ads, of course).
