Games for Windows / Games for DOS templates (.psd)

anybody have the Games for Windows / Games for DOS templates?  i've been scouring for the better part of an hour now both here and the vast internet itself to no avail.  i did find a .png of it on another site, but i'm really looking for something with editable layers. 

alternatively, if someone could make up some GFW covers for Silent Hill 2, Silent Hill 3, and Silent Hill 4, that'd be awesome, since that's all i really need it for.

Those templates in the link 9595blueprint gave are layered PSDs.
You can find both PC and DOS templates there.

maybe i'm blind but there is not a "Games for Windows" / "Games for DOS" template on that list.  there are two PC and DOS templates but those are not what i'm looking for at all.  so...

Would be pretty easy to get the correct text to make it more retail.  If you do fix it up send me a copy so that I can use it too.
