It all depends on where you live. I can find a lot of stuff locally. Some is really cheap, some is really pricey, and some is priced at about market value.

i'm not going to fault the dude for supporting local businesses instead of ebay.  but the unwarranted ebay hate is absurd.

Its not unwarranted ive gotten screwd over by paypal and evilbay more then once thus why i support my local businesses. Back in 2009 i lost almost $500 on an rc truck i bought from a guy. He never sent it and paypal refused to believe me even tho the guy never gave me a trackin number.

i agree too.. You paid a lot for those titles.. sometimes if you take your time on ebay you can find deals. Ebay has change a lot they are better at helping buyers in general i would give it another try..

+1. I know it's terrible to get burned that bad, but that's just one seller. I know that turns you off to the whole idea, but you're definitely losing thousands of dollars by carrying that experience over and assuming that everybody on eBay is going to rip you off, which just isn't the case. Your local shops have some of the most ridiculous prices I've ever seen - I seriously didn't believe it until I saw those pictures. They're doing worse to you than eBay ever could.

Hypothetically, let's say that you had bought everything on eBay, and somehow gotten ripped off once on every game and had to buy a second one of each. You'd still have saved yourself over a grand or more.  :-\

Give eBay a try at least for the manuals - if you buy multiple manuals from one seller you can get them for less than $2 each shipped. You'll have a full set in no time and mitigate some of your losses. I'm just trying to help you out man, because it's kind of mind blowing for me to see someone losing so much money when they don't have to. I mean, I guess if you make tons of cash and money isn't an issue, I can see just paying whatever since it doesn't matter, but that's the only situation where this makes sense to me...

At least let Wiggy help you out on the last few since he offered and he's not gonna rip you off...

And if you decide to give eBay a try I will even give you a list of eBay sellers who I can confirm to be 100% honest, legitimate, and fair in pricing. That way you can't go wrong...

I'm looking for vol. 2, 4, and 5 of the Orchestral Game Music Concert CDs. I'll pay well if it's authentic and doesn't skip. :)

Kelly, I grabbed Daikatana for ya, so stop hunting for it. Also got that controller you wanted plus some extras goodies for your Dreamcast that you'll want/need to pick up anyway :)

If you ever convince yourself of using paypal again I'm offering both ISSS2000 and Beastwars (label in very bad shape though) for $60 shipped with UGCs cases.
I know it's your money, but with the amounts you're spending you could buy CIBs of common games on eBay which are sexier than loose carts.

The best way to get a cheap ISSS2000 is via someone in Mexico like me  ;D. The game is waaaaaaay overpriced in the US just like Clash at Demonhead, Clu Clu land, Duck Tales 2, Chip 'n Dales 2, Contra Force, Daikatana, etc. The list is too big.
