Wow, you're really left with a list of almost all super common titles and like 2 that would take a little hunting.

How much are you looking to pay for them?  I know I can easily grab 6 or 7 of them without any work at all, and probably for 5 bucks or less.

Sculptor's Cut in particular is going to be difficult. Whatever you do, don't eBay that one!  :o
I'm looking for vol. 2, 4, and 5 of the Orchestral Game Music Concert CDs. I'll pay well if it's authentic and doesn't skip. :)

He might have to get Clayfighter Sculptors Cut on eBay, considering it was a Blockbuster only rental. The other one that might be tricky is NFL Blitz Special Edition especially if you want the manual, the manual is insanely rare!

So was Beast Wars :/

The worst part about those carts is that they almost ALWAYS have a stupid-ass clear Blockbuster sticker over the cart label >:(

$30 for that is just silly. :o

Thrift stores, flea markets, swap meets, and garage sales are really your friends with older games. You can buy whole boxes that way for the price of a single game. It requires a bit more time and a luck, but it makes it a lot more fun and saves you money. Craigslist is really awesome for finding specific games - the prices are good to begin with, and people don't mind a little haggling. I haven't paid market value for a single game since I started collecting again last year.
