It inspired me to go into a different direction, though: I found the original production still that the box art is based on, and went with this: http://budgetgamecases.com/img/Rambo_NES_Custom_proof.jpg I slapped it together pretty fast, and there is a LOT of touchup I'd need to do - I just wanted to see if the concept appealed to anyone before I went further. EDIT: I already replaced all the Rambo logos, and cleaned up the edges on the NES logo on the lower right of the front - the link takes you to the full sized, updated version. Yours would definitely be a great custom, BGC! Shaggy, do you have a download link for yours? I'd love to check it out up close. It may need a bit of recolouring but it looks pretty good at a glance for the most part. Do you have photoshop or GIMP? You should be able to adjust the contrast a bit to take out some of the greyish tone. |
