Where'd they go? Assorted Game Boy covers wanted...

I know I've seen some of these floating around here... I don't know if they got rejected or never got uploaded, but I was going to make a run to the printers tonight and thought I'd go ahead and get some of the covers printed I needed... but I can't find any of them!
So, I'm looking for any of the following covers and I don't care if they don't quite meet the site's quality standards - I just want to get them printed. :D Help me out, if you've managed to finish off some of these covers lately.

I've posted the raw scans a few times, but no one's ever bit. :(

I noticedf the raws and I'm almost 100% sure cover was made, I just can't remember was it from your raws or was it custom.
