SNES label for Dragon Ball Z Super Butoden 3

Hi!, can i request someone to make me a Dragon Ball Z Super Butoden 3 SNES label sticker? I tried making one of these but i just fail miserably. I dont know how to use photo shop if my life depended on it. I wish i can create a custom label sticker for this game like some people do. Anyone can help me out?

Thanks  . For this particular label I used the scans of the French release (Dragon Ball Z - Ultime Menace) available at NPES. Forgot to add the red/purple stripe present on Bandai NTSC releases such as Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - The Movie and Bazooka Blitzkrieg.
