Does anyone pay to get glossy prints of covers made?

I'm basically looking for a cheap (no more than say £0.30 per cover) way to get covers printed at high quality on glossy paper. Does anyone know of a place that does it? UK based preferred, then Europe or the States if that's all we have available. Any ideas or experiences to share?

Like a commercial ps2/ngc/dvd cover something along those lines? just a step up from basic paper
