I finished the bottom of the well as young Link, Gave getting Epona a shot, failed twice on the second race to get her, and went started the Water Temple. I got up to dark Link and up to that point it was pretty easy. I got to go to the DMV now, I'll expand later. |

I typically used them down to 1-2 (I think, been awhile), then let them totally refresh and use again. Obviously spam them at the end. |

I got to go to the DMV now, I'll expand later. --- End quote --- With that race I find the difficulty is never consistent...I've gone through the game multiple times back when I played it on the 64 and a few times it gave me a lot of trouble...other times it was a breeze. I recently replayed the 3ds version and found that race to be a lot easier then I remember...but then again, I felt the 3ds version of the game wasn't anywhere near as difficult as the original. |

Ok the Dark Link battle is fucking annoying. I tried it a few time, the most hist I got on him was 4 I think. ALL DARK LINK DOES IS SPAM THE SWARD AND FLIP BACKWARDS. Deku Nuts do nothing, He blocks the hammer with his shield, or hist me as I am swinging it, but I did get one hit. He jumps out of the way of the fire magic attack. I have not tried bombs, but they seem like they would not work, but I will try soon. Any tips? |

Defend against his sword strikes with the Hylian Shield, and eventually he'll be caught off guard by your blocking (similiar to Guard Breaking in the Soul Calibur series) and then you can strike him. You must be quick or he'll defend against it! |
