--- Quote from: Dan-Fu on August 21, 2012, 02:14:20 PM ---http://puregaming.org/ Each app is $4 each. But in my opinion it's totally worth it. They're working on an Atari 2600 collecting app and then a Gameboy/Gameboy Color collecting app. I know because they told me. Before you think nothing of it watch a video on it or something. --- End quote --- --- Quote from: Maben on August 21, 2012, 04:31:45 PM ---www.backloggery.com It's a great site for keeping track of your collection, your wishlist, and what games you still need to beat/progress in. It's free and I love it :D --- End quote --- These. I'm going to give Game Vault a try, too, though. At least for the systems there's not a PureGaming app for. I don't have an iPhone, just an iPod touch, so it's nice to have at least a partial list of my collection when there's no wifi around. The priceguides on the PureGaming apps don't hurt, either ;D |

I've been using Game Collectorz for a long time now and couldn't live without it. i only do manual adding though no barcode scanning as I don't trust it. I want my info to be accurate. |

--- Quote from: AO007 on August 21, 2012, 09:49:16 PM ---Backloggery seems a bit convoluted, honestly. :/ At least with notepad files, you don't need an internet connection. --- End quote --- It's not really that convoluted once you use it. You can use all the minor little settings or do what I do and just use it to keep track of my collection/wishlist and games I've beaten. Virtually every setting on the website is optional. And Shenske I think your signature is what turned me on to the site in the first place :D |

With notepad I can remove/add games, and it's really easy, takes like a few seconds. It also helps that I keep my game libraries at a reasonable number to prevent the issue of forgetting what I own. I own 370 games between 10ish systems, and I can pretty much tell 99% of what I own, maybe even 100%. |

I actually use the My Games feature on GameFAQs to keep track of which games I have. Under the Notes section I list what I still need to own the complete game, which for me is the box/case and manual for the most part. In addition, I also keep all this information in the form a TextEdit document since my internet connection can be unreliable. I also use Backloggery, but that's mostly to keep track of which games I haven't beaten and to pick out a new game to play with that Fortune Cookie option. I love that thing. |
