Lolo 3 - NES - NA - Custom/Retail Request

Greetings all you talented cover artists out there! I was wondering if someone might be willing to undertake the task of converting tiktektak's Pal Lolo 3 cover into one for North America? I'm not sure if this can be done without high quality raws (which I unfortunately do not have), but there is a decent shot found here that maybe could be used to recreate it?

It would be sweet to have the complete NES Lolo trilogy up on the site. Thanks for anyone who wants to give this a try!
