*** DONE*** Request: Mega Man 3 PC Custom DVD Case

So I got this in the mail the other day, disc only:



There does not appear to be retail packaging for this disc as the original version of the game was on 5.25 and 3.5 floppy disks in this packaging (right):




It would seem this is one of the rare US releases with a subtitle (Mega Man 3: The Robots are Revolting!), as they were removed from US versions for the most part (except Mega Man X8: Paradise Lost). At any rate, I would like a custom DVD case for this to be held in. I can provide high res scans of the DOS Floppy Disk version of the box if requested. Thanks to whomever can do this for me

And yes, there are two cd versions, one on the Street Fighter 2 collection, and then that loose cd. I still haven't figured out its origin but I've been able to at least trace it to an Australian 5-1 release.

They got my GPS, my work computer and my work portable scanner.

And the Swan I sent to wiggy to get a mod, but it's pretty much trashed now. It's not been a good week
